The whole thing should take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete, and your computer should be working fine again. Choose the custom install, and do a Clean Install. You should now be able to install the NVidia 314.22 drivers without any problems. Your system registry should be relatively clean of the old driver now. Do so, then click on the Fix All Selected Issues button. It will prompt you to make a backup of your registry. When it finishes scanning, click the Fix Selected Issues button. Click on the Scan For Issues button at the bottom of the screen. Open CCleaner again, and click on the Registry button on the left side of the screen. Delete them (including their subdirectories). Open Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer), and look for any NVidia directories (there should be one off the C: directory and possibly one in the Program Files and Program Files (圆4) directories). Run CCleaner (Run Cleaner button on bottom right of screen). Make a Restore Point before doing anything else.
